Privacy Policy

Ixonix is a custom app development service by Ximplex, operated from Costa Rica. For anything related to your privacy, contact us at support@ximplex.app.

• Your request: when you fill out "Tell us your idea", we receive your name, email, WhatsApp number (if you share it) and your answers about your idea, budget and timing.
• Your messages: when you use the contact bubble or email us, we receive your name, email, topic and message.
• Your project: if we work together, the content, files, approvals and feedback you share with us while we build your app.
• Payment information: handled entirely by PayPal or Payoneer. We only receive the payment status and the details on the invoice.
• Technical information: basic logs (like IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider keeps to run the website securely, and anonymous visit counts.

• To review your request, reply to you and prepare your quote.
• To build, launch and, if you choose a care plan, maintain your app.
• To send you invoices and important messages about your project.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it except with the service providers below. We only show your project in our portfolio if you give us written permission.

When we build or maintain an app that stores personal data about your own customers or users, you are responsible for that data and for your app's own privacy policy. We only handle it to build and run your app, following your instructions.

We rely on a few trusted companies to run Ixonix. They only process data to provide their service to us:

• Vercel: Hosts and runs the Ixonix website. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits anonymously, without cookies.
• Resend: Delivers the messages you send us through our forms, and the emails we send you about your project.
• PayPal and Payoneer: Process project and care plan payments. They handle your card or bank details; we never see or store them.

Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We only remember your day/night choice in your browser.

We keep requests and messages for up to 24 months, so we can follow up and keep a record of what was agreed. Project information is kept while we work together and for up to 24 months after, unless the law requires longer (for example, invoices). You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), our forms are protected against spam, and access to your information is limited to what's needed to answer you and build your app.

Under Costa Rica's data protection law (Law 8968) and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us at any time to give you a copy of your data, correct something that's wrong, or delete it. Just write to support@ximplex.app. We'll reply within 30 days.

Ixonix is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we make important changes, we'll let you know by email. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version.
